If we could decide the outcome of the fight tonight, regardless of how long it takes to thread it out, that would be great. 8D; Several people can't move forward in logs until we know whether Mart lives or dies, ahaha.

If it does work out better, we can always say that Sanae couldn't track him down in the first place and just thread them post-event, since he only has about a day in which to do it anyway -- he kills Mio Wednesday evening and then is killed Thursday night, haha.

Date: 2011-06-04 07:29 am (UTC)Sanae'll probably jump out of his shadow as a big tiger, figuring he can kill the guy on the first hit, but it doesn't work out as planned -- and goes downhill from there. Something like that? He's reluctant to use a gun because of knife wounds to the arms, but his long-range moves while in animal form are really limited, so Mart could get away with injuries only from the initial hit.

And I'm sorry Mart had the bad luck to get such a game-breaking assassin... I know I'm taking a while to reply, I'm trying to figure out how best to respond.
My first idea was just that Mart would get inside/off the street/hide in general before Sanae rounded a corner or whatever, and Sanae wouldn't be able to track him down in time before his own assassin comes for him.

Date: 2011-09-12 09:35 am (UTC)The thing is, though, while tagging around I've noticed that sometimes, you don't always give the other person a lot to work with. Having Mart just sitting there eating a sandwich, or Luthor just sitting there drinking, or whatever, doesn't always give the other player much to respond to, you know? Especially if their character is shy or reticent themselves, or just isn't the type to talk to strangers. One thing I might suggest is maybe making the first move/approaching the other person more often? You might get more out of your threads that way!
Of course we haven't personally threaded much, and I may easily have missed some things! But it's something I've noticed, anyway. I hope this helps!
Edited to add: Oh, one more thing! I've noticed you occasionally put OOC entries in the character's journal. But, those would more appropriately belong in
